Like many of you, we used to smoke. For a long time. Too long. The morning ritual with coffee, the smoke break with colleagues, the one after the meal that we always promised would be the last… We know it all by heart.

And it worked. Not overnight. Not without hesitation. But progressively, cigarette after cigarette, we replaced tobacco with vaping. Some of us took 2 weeks. Others 3 months. Everyone at their own pace.
